Praseodymium Oxide Pr6O11 CAS 12037-29-5 For Yellow pigment
Name: Praseodymium oxide CAS: 12037-29-5
Molecular formula: Pr6O11 Molecular weight: 1021.44
Description: The rare earth chloride solution was leached from Monazite Concentrate by alkali solution, dephosphorization and dilute hydrochloric acid. The rare earth mixture can be divided into three groups: light, medium and heavy rare earth by P204-HCl system extraction. The light rare earth in La-Nd group (containing medium rare earth Sm2O3 < 1%) was separated according to the oxalate precipitation sequence: Samarium, Neodymium, Praseodymium, Cerium and Lanthanum. The oxalate can be precipitated into soluble complex and then precipitated to separate it. After drying, Praseodymium oxide can be obtained by burning at 1000 ℃.
